Recently, a new OD1600mm HDPE pipe extrusion line has completed commissioning and ready to delivery. During the factory commissioning, LIANSU technical team inspected the entired line operation status, including electrical joint control, cooling efficiency hauling and cutter synchronization etc. to ensure that the equipment is delivered to customers in the best condition.

Extrusion line adopt integrated loss-in-weight dosing of main materials and masterbatches to achieve on line accurate dosing and flexible color switching. 40L/D screw is matched with spiral feed bushing to improve plasticizing efficiency and achieve high production and energy saving. Melt cooler and spiral pipe head ensure uniform melt and reduce sag and wall thickness deviation. Vacuum tank adopts closed-loop control cooling and rapid forming ensure pipe size and energy saving. Haul off and cutter adopts servo control to ensure stable and efficient operation.

As the equipment is about to be shipped to the customer, LIANSU will continue to provide follow-up service support to assist customers in successfully completing installation and production. In the future, LIANSU will continue to focus on technical optimization
