Single Screw Extruder

Two single-screw extruders are configured according to the material requirements of each layer, ensuring full plasticization and stable extrusion, providing uniform and stable melt.

Pipe Head

Pipe head uses spiral flow channel design, tailored to PPH material properties, resulting in more uniform melt temperature distribution and fewer weld lines and streaks commonly seen with basket dies. The spiral design facilitates even melt distribution, combined with layer-specific extrusion output control, it enables precise wall thickness adjustment for each layer, improving forming stability.

Vacuum Calibration Tank

Adopts automatic negative pressure closed-loop control system to ensure stable pipe forming, energy saving and noise reduction.

Haul Off Unit

Permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-speed hauling belt are used to ensure a stable speed regulation range of more than 50 times and realized high speed production.

PPH Pipe Cutter

Planetary Cutting Adopt servo system and electronic camsynchronous. Line speed of OD 110 reach 25m/min. According to preset formula in HMI, realized different pipe lengths online non stop cutting.

PPH Pipe Socketing Machine

High-speed online socket speed: 16 m/min, OD110x2.2mm. Online feed rubber ring, pipe length min 0.5 meter, max 6 meter. Synchronized with cutter to switch required pipe length.
