LSP(H)-800 double-layer HDPE pipe extrusion line have been completed the trail test and acceptance in May. Extrusion line integrates online accurate dosing, high-output extrusion, and fast color change, ensures stable, high-quality production and material saving to help customers improve efficiency and production flexibility.

High Output, Energy Saving – Stable & Reliable Performance

Equipped with the LSS-H series high-output single-screw extruder, featuring 40 L/D screw and spiral structure of barrel and feedbush. It ensures stable, uniform melt even at high speed exrtusion. With permanent magnet servo drive system, it reaches a capacity of 1,500 kg/h with a unit energy consumption as low as 0.20 kWh/kg with high output and energy efficiency. The integrated gravimetric doser provides accurate online weight-per-meter control, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality.

Multi-layer Extrusion, Fast Color Change, Flexible Production

Equipped with 350-800mm multi-layer co-extrusion pipe head, patented flow channel design ensures precise layer thickness control. It greatly reduces external layer color change time and material waste. The pipe head exhaust cooling system boosts inner pipe cooling efficiency, optimizes overall cooling length and enhances product cooling quality.

Smart Connectivity, Transparent Management

The extrusion line integrates real-time data collection and analysis covering dosing, extrusion and weighing stacker. With reserved TCP/IP ports and optional IoT access, it enables transparent equipment operation management, supporting production decision-making, remote maintenance and efficiency improvement.
