• Utilizes LSE-110 conical twin-screw extruder. screw is specially designed for PVC double wall corrugated pipe processing, optimizing plasticization.Main extruder is matched with the LIANSU Mconvey Loss-in-weight feeding system, realized continuous and stable material conveying,effective avoid material bridging,ensure constant pipe weight per meter, reducing cost waste,improve production stability and product quality.

• Die head adopts a bracket-type structure,implementing a "one size,one dedicated die head" design.Reliable structure,easy to assemble and disassemble, the inner and outer layer gap is adjustable,flow channel is treated with an anti-corrosion coating.

• Corrugator device adopt servo control system, ensure stable speed and a wide adjustment range.  forming mold block and parts are processed using high-precision equipment to guarantee mold block closing accuracy.
