A high output twin-screw PVC extruder with a capacity of 1,500 kg/h, equipped with a proprietary online batching and weighing system for precise product metering and stable extrusion. Extruder equipped with self-developed Flexcon+ flexible control system, integrating data analysis and predictive maintenance. 

High-efficiency HDPE Extuder boasts a production capacity of 2000 kg/h and a specific energy consumption of 0.220 kWh/kg, achieving low energy consumption, high output, and intelligent control.

Intelligent Control System
