Recently, LlANSU successfully completed a one-stop PVC pipe turnkey project, from plant design to whole plant implementation, PVC pipe manufacturing from automated material handling system to pipe extrusion lines, realized from 0 to 1.

Using centralized debagging, powder formula weigher and compound mixer cambo , the raw material ratio is precisely controlled to ensure that each batch of production meets the quality standards.

PVC Pipe Extrusion Lines

Equipped with OD32-400mm PVC pipe extrusion lines, it can flexibly meet the production needs of pipes of different sizes. The extrusion line runs stably and meets the requirements of efficient and continuous production.

Online socketing of pipes improves production automation, ensures smooth and stable production.
