New investment of OD1600mm multi-layer HDPE pipe extrusion line has been successfully put into production in overseas. Customer has previously purchased OD1200mm and OD800mm HDPE pipe extrusion lines for water supply projects, with the reliable performance of equipment . And  good user experience successful built up a deeper cooperation with this customer and invested a new OD1600mm production line to further improve the production capacity of large-diameter water supply pipes.

IANSU HDPE pipe production line supports pipe ranging from OD16 to 2000mm, covering single-layer and multi-layer structures. Multi-layer pipes can achieve ABA, ABC or outer layer co-extrusion coating structures, suitable for a full range of pipe diameters. It adopts a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with 40L/D and is equipped with multi-component online dosing system to achieve accurate dosing of various raw materials. Pipe OD over 800mm or above and pipe thickness reach 80mm or above, LIANSU offer melt cooler (patented product) to minimize melt sagging and improve molding stability. Spiral pipe head design optimizes the flow channel distribution to ensure uniform wall thickness of the multi-layer structure, and precise control of extrusion volume and wall thickness. The extrusion line integrates online dosing, vacuum closed-loop control, automatic diameter change cutting and pipe weight control system to achieve efficient automatic operation and consistent production.
