Dual-station continuous operation enables non-stop hose winding
Adopting an independent dual-station coiling structure, the machine performs discharging and preparation at one station while the other is in operation, realizing uninterrupted coiling. In actual application, it greatly cuts manual intervention and meets the demand for long-hour continuous production.
Full-process automation, stable replacement of manual work
The machine realizes automatic operation of the whole process including coiling, coil changing, sealing, strapping and unloading.
