The powder handling system we offered include material feeding, compound mixing and dry blend material conveying to extruder, system has been successful inspected and handover to end-user. The automation system improve the production efficiency and product quality.

The material feeding station equipped with dust filter device to effectively prevent the dusty , and improve workshop environment. Raw materials are conveyed to the high-speed compounding mixer through vacuum negative pressure . The dry blend material is conveyed to the storage silo on top of  extruder by negative pressure and the dry blend are flexibly supplied to extruder according to production needs.

High Efficiency Installation and Commissioning

Although with large amount of work, Mconvey completed the entire process from entering the site to installation and commissioning in 15 days and achieved rapid project delivery.

The project adopts modular design and assembly, covering platform feeding, dosing, high-speed mixing and conveying, no on-site welding. Through pre-assembly and testing, improves construction efficiency and simplifies the construction process.
