In recent years, PPH sewer pipes have been widely used in building drainage system due to it’s good performance and cost advantages. However, High speed production of Multi-layer PPH pipes requires good material processing, and stable extrusion equipment, especially in stable plasticization, melt uniformity, wall-thickness control, and required online cutting and socketing for short pipe and long pipes.


To meet above production requirements, LIANSU has been developed high speed PPH pipe extrusion line for 3-layer coextrusion sewer pipes, covering extruder,pipe head, vacuum&cooling, haul-off, cutting, and online socketing. This high-efficiency 3-layer PPH pipe extrusion line supports multi-layer PPH pipes from OD32–250mm, with waranty output up to 420 kg/h.

Efficient Extrusion Stable Multi-layer Co-extrusion

Extruder and pipe head is ABA structure. Two single-screw extruders are configured according to the material requirements of each layer, ensuring full plasticization and stable extrusion, providing uniform and stable melt throughout the PPH sewer pipe extrusion line.


Inner and external layers: 

Modified PPH + mineral filler, improving ring stiffness, impact resistance, and pipe protection. Higher material density also provides  sound insulation.

Middle layer: 

Modified PPH compound with heavy minerals and rubber particles, effectively absorbing impact noise from water flow—drainage noise can be reduced to below 45 dB, also flame-retardant, reaching Class B1.

Three layers composite structural strength with noise reduction and other key properties.

Spiral Flow Channel with Precise Wall Thickness Control

Pipe head uses spiral flow channel design, tailored to PPH material properties, resulting in more uniform melt temperature distribution and fewer weld lines and streaks commonly seen with basket dies. The spiral design facilitates even melt distribution, combined with layer-specific extrusion output control, it enables precise wall thickness adjustment for each layer, improving forming stability for the PPH pipe extrusion line.


High-Speed Cutting Flexible Socketing

Swarfless servo cutter adopt a dust-free chamfering process, with flexible pipe length settings for different production needs. Even at 15 m/min, it maintains smooth cuts and uniform chamfers. Cutting and socketing work in sync, supporting high-speed online socketing and automatic online rubber-ring insertion for flexible socketing of pipes from 0.25–3 m.
