Hereunder we will introduce Liansu HDPE multi-layer co-extrusion pipe equipment through the latest case of LSP-1600 HDPE three-layer co-extrusion pipe line .

Extrusion

The line adopts latest optimized design of 40 L/D high-efficiency single-screw extruder, guarantee high output and constant melt temperature to realize multi-layer co-extrusion, and accurately control the extrusion volume and thickness of each layer of material. Pipe OD over 800mm or above and pipe thickness reach 80mm or above, LIANSU offer melt cooler (patented product) in between extruder and pipe head, efficiency to reduce material melt temperature and minimize melt sagging inside pipe head to ensure uniform wall thickness. The pipe head adopts spiral pipe head design to precisely control the material flow of each layer of pipe, even and stable material flow of each channel preventing delamination, poor material bonding, or uneven thickness.

Vacuum Tank

Vacuum negative pressure closed loop control to ensure vacuum stability and efficient cooling, and improve pipe quality.

Haul Off

Servo-controlled system of caterpillar and winch device, ensure perfect synchroniztion and reliable haul off for different size and thickness, greatly reduce waste from startup and production.

Cutter

LIANSU automatic swarfless cutter, realized one bottom on-line automatic diameter and thickness change, time saving and accurate.
